DESIGN
Classic and modern style come together in every ARCEO product.
Strength simulations (FEA), assembly checks and weight optimisation are carried out in parallel on the 3D design made in CATIA.
At the end of the 3D design we get our most advanced rim designs, without potential casting defects and with maximum efficiency.
CASTING
ARCEO rims are made of a high-strength aluminium alloy, produced by casting and heat treatment. They have passed the radial and dynamic fatigue, impact and corrosion tests according to the TSE and ISO standards.
ENGINEERING
Pressure
All ARCEO models are compatible with the tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS).
These sensors show the temperature and pressure in the tyre, process the data and send it so it can be seen on the dashboard.
DRIVING COMFORT
Alloy rims make driving more comfortable. That is why quality is always our focus in production.
Aluminium, a good conductor of heat, carries away the heat produced by braking best. When we design our products we make sure air flows easily to the structure of the rim and cools the brake disc.
LIGHTNESS AND PERFORMANCE
Durability is our priority, together with light construction.
Rims and tyres are unsprung mass, so lighter parts improve acceleration, cornering and fuel consumption.
